Banquet Hall

Our spacious banquet hall is available to rent for any year round occasion. From anniversary and birthday parties to weddings and benefits, we have space available for all your special occasions. We are able to comfortably seat approximately 95 people in our banquet hall. Padded chairs and both round or rectangle tables are available to meet your needs. The banquet hall includes handicap accessible restrooms for the gents and the ladies, coat rack, commercial kitchen and air conditioning for those hot summer months. Available kitchen appliances include a 6 burner stove, convection oven, 2-tier pizza oven, refrigerator & freezer. Ample parking is also available for even those larger events. 

Unfortunately we do not offer in-house catering or waiter service. Outside catering vendors are welcome to help ease your workload and make your special event just that, special. There is no additional charge to you for bringing in outside vendors but we do ask them to provide a certificate of insurance.

We have recognized the variety of needs of people who use our facility and have developed rental packages to meet your requirements (Starting Sept 01, 2019):

  • BASIC PACKAGE: Maximum 4 hour rental, including setup & cleanup (strictly adhered to). Refrigerator/Freezer usage included. EXCLUDES usage of any other commercial kitchen appliances. 
  • PREMIUM PACKAGE: Maximum 10 hour rental, including commercial kitchen appliance usage.
  • BENEFIT PACKAGE: We also do our part to give back to the community who support us. We do offer a special discounted rate for benefit events being hosted for residents of Jefferson Township (certain restrictions do apply).
  • BEREAVEMENT PACKAGE: We do offer a special discounted rate for bereavement gatherings for residents of Jefferson Township (certain restrictions do apply). We understand that these events may occur on weekdays.

We are sorry for any inconveniences but we do not offer table and chair rentals.

The Pavilion at the Jefferson Township Fire Company

Our outdoor pavilion is available to rent during late spring, summer and early fall months. From anniversary and birthday parties to weddings and benefits, we have space available for all your special occasions. Our outdoor pavilion is 3,600 square feet and can comfortably seat approximately 300 people. Picnic tables are provided for seating with additional seating being able for those larger events. Outdoor restroom facilities and ample parking is also available for even those larger events. Outdoor lighting is also available if your event should go beyond dusk. Don't want to hire a band or DJ? Several add-on amenities are also available including usage of our outdoor sound system, our indoor commercial kitchen and our outdoor walk-in cooler. Available kitchen appliances include a 6 burner stove, convection oven, 2-tier pizza oven, refrigerator & freezer.

      • 9a - 2:30pm
      • 3:30pm - 9pm
  • STANDARD OUTDOOR EVENT PACKAGE: Maximum 12 hour rental.
  • BENEFIT OUTDOOR EVENT PACKAGE: As we do our part to give back to the community who support us, we do offer a special discounted rate for benefit events being hosted under our outdoor pavilion for residents of Jefferson Township (certain restrictions do apply).
